Place roadside rear step (7) into position and hold in place. b. Install five 1-inch screws (4), 10 flat washers (5) and five self-locking nuts (6). c. Install ten 1-inch screws (1), 20 flat washers (2) and 10 self-locking nuts (3). 2. INSTALL REAR STEP, CURBSIDE. Perform steps 1a through 1C to install curbside rear step (8). NOTE FOLLOW ON MAINTENANCE: Connect Negative Battery Cable (Para. 4-10). 4-69
