The control panel connector P3 is connected to connector J4. Movement of
the switch box cover is limited. Slide the switch box cover from the switch
box assembly carefully to prevent damage to control panel wiring harness.
Carefully position switch box cover (19) in front of switch box assembly.
Disconnect P3 (11) from J4 (13).
Remove switch box cover (19).
Inspect for loose component mounting and missing connections. Tighten all loose connections.
Inspect all leads and wires for worn or deteriorated insulation that reveals bare spots in conductors.
If found, notify next higher level of maintenance.
Position switch box cover (19) in front of switch box assembly.
14. Connect P3 (11) to J4 (13).
15. Position switch box cover (19) over switch box assembly and align mounting holes.
16. Install a flat washer (l), new lock washer (2), and screw (3) that secure the switch box cover (19).
Position switch box assembly on switch box support (22) and front platform.
Route electrical leads (20) and cable harness (21) through the power cable sock (12).
Align mounting holes of the switch box assembly and switch box support (22).
Install four screws (6), eight flat washers (5), and nuts (14), to secure switch box assembly.
Connect P1 (8) to J16 (7) of generator set.
Connect W1, W2, W3, W4, and W5 to the load terminals (9) of the generator set as follows:
a. Connect W1 to L1.
b. Connect W2 to L2.
c. Connect W3 to L3.
d. Connect W4 to L0.
Connect W5 to GND (10).
