IMPRESSED TO A DEPTH NOT EXCEEDING ONE-FOURTH THE THICKNESS OF
MATERIAL FOR PERMANENCY AND LEGIBILITY. ATTACH WITHIN TWO INCHES OF
BOTH END TERMINATIONS. ADDRESS SHALL CONSIST OF THE FROM
TERMINATION, A DOUBLE HEADED ARROW, AND THE TO TERMINATION.
