Gears and shafts must not be Interchanged If they are to be reused. Refer to step (2)(o), below, for disassembly procedure. (d) Remove the drive shaft (11), and idler shaft (12) with gears (10 and 13) from the housing (7). Remove the drive shaft dowel ring (17) only if damaged. (e) Remove the pipe plugs (6) from the housing (7). (f) Remove the fuel inlet connection (4) from the housing (7). Remove and discard the preformed packing (5). 6-14
