Install flange assembly (1) on rotor assembly (15, Figure 5-1). Secure with six or more hexagon head screws (20), torqued to 150 pound-feet (230 newton-meters).(b) Slide lift assembly (2, Figure 5-5) onto flange assembly (1).(c) Attach pin (3) to flange assembly (1).(d) Select lifting plug location closest to center of gravity of rotor assembly.(e) Carefully remove rotor assembly and rest it on a suitable working surface.(f) Disassemble.Figure 5-5.
