TM 5-6115-593-12TO 35C2-3-463-1supply tank then runs it through a filter anddelivers it, under pressure, to the individualcam-operated injectors of each cylinder. The fuel injectors receive fuel from thepump under pressure, meter a small portionof it, and then inject it into the combustionchambers in the form of fine spray. Enginespeed regulation is accomplished by ahydraulic actuator which is mechanicallylinked to the fuel injection pump. Theactuator, in turn, is controlled by governorcontroller A106 which senses engine speedby means of a magnetic pickup. Any timeengine speed varies, A106 outputs a controlvoltage to the actuator. The actuator, inresponse, affects the rate of fuel outputfrom the fuel injection pump.1-31/(1-32 blank)
